To better serve this purpose, we thought to pen down the way in which an efficient VFX process starts, even before you approach any video production company with your project. We start by diving into your vision and the project in a first meeting to figure out what VFX style will work best for you.
1. Ideation and storyboarding:
From what we know about your project, our VFX artists build the first ideas and visual effects through storyboards. This stage is actually where you brainstorm and draw your ideas as to which effects are displayed. We learn different styles, techniques, and approaches to make the VFX look right for your vision; not only that, but it also supports the narrative.
2. Pre-planning and visualisation:
The process of building a digital mockup of your scenes is paramount to its visual effects. This gives us the ability to plant and see ahead of time, so we can start visualising before the real production grind starts. Using advanced software and tools, we develop pre-vis in order to solve future plan problems with the right workflow streamline before bringing them on set for volitional integration of VFX.
3. Production and asset creation:
Once the pre-visualisation is finalised, we progress to production. We always closely pay attention to detail and make sure that every asset is up to standard in order for the outcome of our work to be realistic and powerful.
4. Compositing and Integration:
In post-production, this is composing—or combining multiple visual elements with a scene. Our VFX is seamlessly integrated into the scene using advanced software and methods.
5. Rendering and post-production:
This is a crucial step in which the entire visual effect of being digitised and post-processed is rendered. Teams are using high-end visual effects rendering software and machines to maintain the level of VFX quality and resolution. Following rendering, we then enter the second stage of post-production to make additional fine tuning and changes for the right look and feel.
6. Final Review and Delivery:
This step is after post-production, when we will give a final check to the visual effects and make sure they match our level of quality and your expectations. We will collaborate with you to introduce any final changes and ensure everything is just right. Upon approval, we deliver the final VFX files in whichever format and resolution you choose to fit directly into your project.
